TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Shelly’s Inspired Events. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. BOOKINGS

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once agreed by Shelly’s Inspired Events.

A booking fee or deposit may be required to secure your event date.

2. PAYMENTS

Payment terms will be agreed prior to the event.

Final balances must be paid within the agreed timeframe before the event date unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services.

3. CANCELLATIONS

Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

If an event is cancelled within a short period before the event date, charges may still apply due to preparation, staffing and reserved availability.

4. EVENT SETUP

Clients must ensure suitable access to the venue or property for setup and collection.

Shelly’s Inspired Events is not responsible for delays caused by restricted venue access, venue rules or third party suppliers.

5. HIRED ITEMS & EQUIPMENT

Any hired items, props, backdrops or styling equipment remain the property of Shelly’s Inspired Events unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may be charged for loss, theft or damage to hired items caused during the event.

6. BALLOONS & DECOR

Balloon displays and event styling are affected by temperature, weather conditions and venue environments. While every effort is made to ensure the highest quality presentation, Shelly’s Inspired Events cannot guarantee balloon longevity once installations are completed.

Outdoor setups are carried out at the client’s own risk unless otherwise agreed.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

Shelly’s Inspired Events may photograph or film completed setups for use on social media, websites and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

8. LIABILITY

Shelly’s Inspired Events will not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including venue issues, supplier delays, weather conditions, accidents or force majeure events.

9. WEBSITE & ONLINE CONTENT

All website content, branding, images and materials remain the property of Shelly’s Inspired Events unless otherwise stated.

10. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Any changes to event details, styling requirements or setup times should be communicated as early as possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes.
